At AdeScentuary, we take pride in creating fragrances that tell stories and mark seasons. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our refund and returns policy below.
Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Due to the personal nature of fragrances, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Discovery Sets are non-refundable once opened, as they are designed for sampling.
Timeframe

You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once approved, you will have 7 days to return the item(s) to us.
Process for Returns

If eligible, we will provide you with return instructions.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
